Rain in the evening in a calm suburb area. Taken from a window. Drops fall on a concrete and window-sill too. Window is on a ground floor. Taken by a special app recording to wav 44khz 16 bit mono wav file on a samsung s8500 wave with a special app that can record to looseless. The phone was put directly to the window pointing the mic outside the window. This is my first try to share some sound, hope you like it. I have 2 more and better rain sounds to come. There is no other sound than the rain itself. The files hasent been post-processed.

This is a 10 minute ambiance of a bar i've recorded in l'ernest hemingway on the evening in the derlon place, reims, france, with my zoom h5 and my microphone shure pg-81.

Recorded with tascam dr-44wl, 48 khz, transformed to aif due to limited audio software capacities. Rough.

This recording was taken around 10. 30pm near a village called dewe in uganda. Dewe is a village in uganda about 100 yards from the shores of lake victoria. I was fortunate enough to spend a month staying with a project called the dewe school of art based in the village. I took this recording while i was alone in the project gardens at night. I have not processed or tampered with the sound in any other way than slightly amplifying the original. Surround recording on zoom h2.
